Kevin Snair is the author of Bay of Fundy's Hopewell Rocks. He was born and raised on the South Shore of Nova Scotia and discovered his passion for photography while working in British Columbia during his teens. He started working as an Interpretive Guide for the Hopewell Rocks Park in 2009 and can often be found strolling the beaches or giving guided tours to anyone who will listen.

He is passionate about the site and his time-lapse videos of the Hopewell Rocks like Fast Rising Tides at the Hopewell Rocks and the Hopewell Rocks official time-lapse video have gone viral on the Internet. Stills from the Fast Rising Tide video are featured in the book. The photo on page 70 is now featured on a Canadian stamp. He has become well-known for his night photography and offers night photography workshops on the ocean floor. His website showcases some of his spectacular photos of our province and our world.
