New school—new classmates. Colleen is still trying to adjust to both when two planes crash into the World Trade Centre. Is the leader of the 'cool' girls really a racist? She does seem to bully her new friend Michèle. Both girls are still reeling from the events of Sept 11, 2001 when they are accidently transported back in time and meet some of Colleen’s Irish ancestors. Going back in time turns addictive and the girls discover their similarities as well as their differences. But will it help them cope with the bully?
The Mirror by Kate Merlin takes a look at bullying and racism from the bystander's point of view.
